Patti joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2025 as a director of sales and business development to lead the sales effort of the Oregon commercial team to even greater success. She has a passion for building relationships with middle market companies and understanding the “business of their business.” In her role at MMA, she will collaborate with a talented team dedicated to providing risk mitigating solutions that support companies’ successful achievement of their strategic goals.

Throughout her career, Patti has gained extensive experience in accounting, finance, sales and business development. She started her professional journey at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has held various financial management roles in publicly traded and privately held companies across multiple industries in the Pacific Northwest. Through her various roles such as Division Director, Recruiting Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Director and eventually VP, Business Development Officer, she has gained invaluable experience leading teams and strategizing. She brings this knowledge and her vast network to MMA.

Patti received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an Emphasis in Accounting from Portland State University. She is former President and current member of the Portland chapter for Commercial Real Estate Women (“CREW”) and is the Treasurer of the Humane Society for Southwest Washington. She has two grown children, an amazing rescue dog, and two rescue cats. In her spare time, you will find her active on the ski slopes and golf courses, exploring the many hiking trails of the PNW, traveling to national parks, enjoying the wonders of the local wine country, reading and spending time with family and friends.
