Rachel joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2025 as a senior financial planning and analysis analyst in the Bozeman office. She works closely with leadership to provide actionable financial insights, support strategic decision making and improve forecasting, budgeting and reporting processes. Before joining MMA, Rachel held financial analysis and corporate finance roles across multiple industries, where she developed a passion for translating complex data into clear, strategic outcomes.

Rachel grew up in New Jersey and earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston College. She relocated to Bozeman, Montana, to be close to top-notch ski mountains, where she can snowboard every weekend (probably at Bridger Bowl). When she’s not working or snowboarding, you can find Rachel teaching spin classes or out on a run. She has completed both the Boston and New York City Marathons and has a personal goal to run all seven World Marathon Majors, as well as a marathon on every continent!
