With 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry, Rhonda joined MMA in 2018. Early in her insurance career, she specialized in directors and officers liability and other professional insurance lines with a focus on high-tech companies in Silicon Valley, California. She and her husband moved to Boise in 2001 to raise their two boys, and she continued working in banking and insurance with clients in all types of industries.   Rhonda enjoys insurance because she loves helping people and the challenge of truly understanding her customer's business operations and needs. Every day she strives to do three things: provide the best customer service she can, learn something new and make someone smile! Rhonda graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in journalism. She earned the designation Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) in 1997.   She met her husband, Shane, while rock climbing in California in 1995. They have been rock climbing together all over the Western U.S. ever since. Her volunteer work has always involved helping kids and has included The United Way and Olive Crest Group Homes for kids.
