Robin joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2025 as a healthcare safety consultant where she specializes in identifying risks within the healthcare space and provides effective solutions to mitigate those risks, increasing patient and employee safety. She has 9 years of industry experience as a critical care registered nurse – working in neurological and oncological intensive care units – and as an outpatient ambulatory nurse manager. Robin holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Brigham Young University as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah with a graduate certificate in Operations and Supply Chain.

As a healthcare safety consultant, Robin is skilled in developing customized, comprehensive healthcare safety programs addressing unique challenges faced by the industry. Her skills also include assisting with individualized, need-based risk management projects. Additionally, Robin conducts client evaluations utilizing data analytics, historical loss runs and risk assessments to generate detailed reports with actionable recommendations. She can also facilitate educational and / or training sessions in areas such as safety committees; slip, trip, and fall prevention; root cause analysis for incidents and accidents; risk reporting and trending; injury management and return to work / transitional duty, among others. In her spare time, Robin enjoys running, reading and spending time with family.
