Ruby joined MMA in 2018 as a personal insurance account manager. Ruby writes all lines of personal insurance including, but not limited to, home, auto, landlord, watercraft and umbrella. Ruby started her insurance career as a file clerk for an independent agency in 1981. After her promotion to customer service, she procured her insurance license. Ruby has worked in various aspects of the industry including commercial ventures, Medicare supplements and workers’ compensation. The interaction with clients and prospective clients is what makes it “not just a job” for Ruby.   Ruby has two sons who are both married and live in the Pacific Northwest. Her oldest son is in the Army. He and his wife have two sons. Her other son left the Army after seven years of service. He and his wife have two sons and one daughter. In her spare time, Ruby loves to travel to see her sons and grandchildren.   This year is Ruby's first year of making Christmas stockings for troops overseas. As time permits, Ruby also likes to volunteer for SMART. Helping little kids learn to read and love reading is a passion of Ruby's.
