Santiago joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2025, bringing with him five years of sales experience. In his role as a sales executive at MMA, Santiago focuses on building strong relationships with local businesses, helping them navigate their insurance needs with tailored solutions that protect their operations and support their growth. He enjoys the collaborative nature of his work, finding fulfillment in partnering with clients to provide peace of mind and security for their businesses. Santiago chose a career in insurance because it offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact within his community by supporting the success and resilience of local enterprises. Before joining MMA, he lived in Denver for five years, gaining valuable life and professional experience, before moving back to Bend.

Outside of work, Santiago is passionate about outdoor activities such as skiing and hiking, and he enjoys spending quality time with his dogs. He is also an avid sports fan, which reflects his team-oriented mindset both personally and professionally.
