Shawn joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2025 as an associate client manager in employee health and benefits. He has nine years of customer service under his belt in the retail sector but has now moved into the insurance industry after graduating from the University of Montana with a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics. Additionally, he is an active member of the 'Aiga Singers, a nonprofit community choir based in Missoula, which works to shine a spotlight on music from composers of underrepresented communities.

In his free time, Shawn enjoys traveling (to see cool things), hiking (to see cool things) and is always on the hunt for the next adventure (to see cool things)!
