Tess started at MMA in 2013 and started her career in the insurance industry in 1982. Currently Tess is in the Select Department that writes and services small business accounts. She received her Certified Paralegal degree in 2013. She currently holds designations as a Construction Risk Insurance Specialist and Small Business Coverage Specialist.   Her background is in the claims market. She spent over 10 years as a fatality investigator on the I-5 Corridor and was an independent adjuster as well as claims manager at a large carrier.   She is married to her husband, Michael, and has two dogs. Swimming and generally being active outdoors and in the community are important to her.   Tess has volunteered at the Union Gospel Mission, Pet Over Population, Benton County Humane Society and Junior Achievement.   She enjoys singing and has performed background vocals at venues in Western Washington. Tess has two grandchildren that are her pride and joy.
