Thomas joined MMA in 2022 as a Client Relations Associate Director for Business Insurance. He works with the teams servicing mid and large size business accounts making sure MMA exceeds our service promises, and lives by our values with our clients, colleagues and in our communities. Thomas chose a career in the insurance industry, because it matches with his personal values of serving and protecting others, and making sure that whatever happens there is always a positive way to view the future. His insurance career includes executive roles leading sales and service teams for insurance brokerages AccuQuote in Chicago, and AAA Mountainwest in Helena. Just prior to joining MMA, he was the General Manager at Copart Auto Auctions.   Thomas holds a Bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Chicago, and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Montana. He is a native of New York, and fulfilled a long term goal of living in Montana in 2005.   He and his wife, Angela, and daughter, Abigail, live in Helena, Montana. In his spare time Thomas enjoys hiking and running. Thomas has run the Chicago Marathon every year since 1997, and many long distance races in Montana. He thru-hiked the entire Pacific Crest Trail in 2005, and enjoys working as a “trail angel” assisting long distance hikers and bikers that come through Helena in the summer.
