Troy is the Managing Director of Employee Health & Benefits for Marsh McLennan Agency, where he has led the department’s strategic vision and growth since 2015. With a strong focus on aligning business objectives and fostering client-centered solutions, he excels in team leadership, mentoring, and implementing sales processes that emphasize value and cross-department collaboration.

Prior to his current role, Troy held leadership positions in large group sales at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana, where he managed key accounts, led a team of agents, and consistently exceeded sales goals, earning the Blue Elite Winner award in 2013. His earlier career includes pharmaceutical sales roles with Sanofi Pasteur and Janssen Pharmaceutica, where he developed strong client relationships and sales expertise.

Troy holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Montana State University-Billings and has completed numerous professional development programs, including the Kellogg Leadership Excellence Program and Certified Business Management Training. He is a licensed Life & Disability Consultant in Montana, and also maintains a current Life & Health Producer license.
