Zack joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2026 as a business insurance sales executive. With a background in manufacturing and construction-related environments, Zack brings a practical, real-world understanding of the industries he serves. Prior to joining MMA, Zack developed his professional foundation in sales and operations, building strong communication skills and a disciplined, relationship-first approach. His experience in manufacturing-related environments exposed him to operational risk, safety standards and the importance of proactive planning. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from Louisiana Tech University. He is motivated by the opportunity to become a trusted resource for clients, centers of influence and colleagues.

Outside of work, Zack enjoys running, skiing, cooking and taking advantage of time outdoors with his wife and standard poodle.
