Zachary joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2025 as an associate client manager on the Employee Health & Benefits (EH&B) team. He works closely with other colleagues on the EH&B team to ensure that clients receive first-class, personalized service. His other roles in the company include assisting with marketing procedures and maintaining client information in the MMA database. He joined MMA because of the vibrant company culture and his desire to help employees at other companies receive quality benefits that enable them to feel confident and secure.

Zachary earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Whitworth University in 2025, where he also played football and served as co-president of the Whitworth Student-Athlete Advisory Committee for two years. He has kept his love for learning and continually seeks out new opportunities for growth that enable him to serve clients more effectively. Outside of work, Zachary leads a reading group and participates in a church community. In his spare time, he enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, reading long novels, writing poetry and exercising at the gym.
