Aubrey joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in August 2024 as an Employee Benefits Consultant on the Health and Benefits team. She has over 8 years of industry experience in employee benefits ranging from Human Resources to Employee Benefits Consultant. She has a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from Portland State University. She works as a strategic partner with her clients, by understanding the organization’s culture and workforce dynamics to craft innovative benefits solutions that have a positive impact. By staying informed about industry trends and regulatory changes, she ensures that clients remain competitive and compliant, and ultimately a healthier workforce. In addition to her professional commitments, Aubrey is actively involved in volunteer work with Spokane Fire District 4 events, Spokane County Fire Fighters Pipes and Drums, and various other local events.
