Cara began her insurance career in 2013 and joined MMA in 2017. While her initial insurance experience has mainly focused on personal insurance, she enjoys the new learning opportunities and challenges commercial insurance presents. Cara's favorite part about working in insurance and at MMA is the chance to work for and with so many great people. Born and raised in Spokane, Cara graduated from Whitworth College with a Bachelor’s degree in sociology. After graduation she worked for her family's German automotive repair shop before she moved to the greater Washington D.C. area. While living in Washington D.C., she worked as a regional director for a large automotive parts retail company. However, after eight years on the East Coast, she decided it was time to move home to the wonderful Pacific Northwest.

During her free time, she enjoys year-round outdoor activities, spending time with her family and friends and traveling.
