As the Director of Education and Development, Carol is responsible for the education and development of all the MMA colleagues. Carol's work in the insurance industry has been recognized across the industry for many years. She has been a guest speaker at Washington State University, as well as Spokane Insurance Associates and National Association of Insurance Women.

Community is as important as being a professional to Carol. She has served on multiple boards including, but not limited to; MIEF (Montana Insurance Education Foundation), Washington State University, Spokane County Master Gardeners, United Way, Spokane Chapter of CPCU, Society for Human Resource Management, National Association of Insurance Women, Spokane Chamber of Commerce, City of Spokane Ambassador and Western Region Vice President for SITE (Society of Insurance Trainers & Educators).

Prior to joining MMA in 2006, Carol was with Unitrin Property and Casualty for 14 years as the Regional Human Resources and Administrative Services Manager. Carol is a competitive rower, country girl at heart and an avid outdoor enthusiast. She passionately enjoys everything all four seasons of the great Northwest’s mountains, woods, lakes, rivers and Pacific Ocean have to offer when not working at MMA, or in the community.
