Gavin joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2025 as a client relations director. He grew up in Spokane, Washington, and brings with him a diverse background in both personal and crop insurance. He began his career in 2005, initially stepping into the insurance industry as a crop adjuster while working as a substitute teacher. What started as a seasonal job in the summer turned into a lifelong passion, and after two years of balancing both careers, he decided to fully pursue insurance. Over the last two decades, Gavin has spent half of his time specializing in personal insurance and the other half focused on crop insurance—a field that continues to captivate him due to its ever-changing nature and the unique challenges it brings every year.

Outside of work, Gavin enjoys spending quality time with his kids and fiancé. He is an avid outdoor enthusiast with over 80 backpacking trips under his belt, and he is driven by a lifelong goal to explore more of Idaho's Selkirk Range than anyone else. When he's not hiking or adventuring in the wilderness, you can often find him at the gym with his fiancé, Danielle, or enjoying a round of frisbee golf.
