Jeff joined MMA in 2011 after a 20-year claims career with Liberty Mutual Insurance. He joined MMA to continue his passion for helping clients and ensuring that the promise of an insurance policy is fulfilled. Jeff led our internal teams of claims advocates and risk control specialists until late 2021. Through his leadership team, he currently leads MMA's Client Engagement Team - Business Insurance and Employee Health & Benefits Client Relations departments, as well as Claims and Quality Assurance. He is lucky enough to collaborate with his teams to achieve a high level of service for our clients.   He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in economics from the University of Puget Sound as well as a Masters of Business Administration from Gonzaga University. He obtained his CPCU designation in 2015 and served as an officer in the Spokane CPCU Chapter for four years.   Jeff moved from Seattle to Spokane in 1999 and enjoys all the outdoors that the area has to offer, spending summers at the lake and winters on the slopes with his wife and two children.
