Jennie started in the insurance industry in 2005 as a receptionist at a local agency. She left the agency in 2006 to work for Travelers until 2013 at which time she joined MMA. Her motto for good customer service is “Know what your customers want most and what your company does best. Focus on where those two meet.” In her spare time she enjoys collecting vinyl records, going to as many concerts as she can, canoeing, playing bocce, and spending quality time with her husband and sons.
