  Jim specializes in construction insurance and surety, but he recognizes the most important aspect of the insurance business is building trusting relationships. He does this by striving to bring each one of his clients the best experience possible, “By having an intimate understanding of our clients industry and their company we provide them with Cadillac knowledge, service and most of all effort to fulfill their needs on a daily basis.”   Jim Majeskey graduated from Lewis & Clark College in June 1989 with a BS in business administration and a minor in economics. Jim was a letterman in football and track while at Lewis & Clark.   Jim's clients are general and specialty contractors located throughout the Western United States. They rely on his experience and knowledge of insurance, surety bonds and risk solutions. Jim has clients who perform federal, state, tribal and local government projects as well as projects for private owners. Jim's clients have completed single jobs as large as a $1.6 billion hotel/casino in Las Vegas, Nevada (which was the largest hotel ever constructed in the world at the time of its completion).   Jim is on the Board of Directors for National Utility Contractor Association (NUCA) and the Spokane Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA). He also is member of several committees for the local Associated General Contractors (AGC) and the local ABC (Associated Building Contractors).   In his free time, Jim enjoys reading and watching classic books and movies. Among his favorites are Citizen Kane, A Tale of Two Cities, and The Sun Also Rises.
