Jody was born in Calgary, Alberta, and later moved to British Columbia, California and Colorado before finally making her way to Spokane Valley. Jody's business career started in banking but switched to insurance when she moved to Colorado in 1996. Before joining MMA in 2013, she worked with the largest independent agency in Northern Colorado.   Jody is married with two sons and they share their home with two Shiba Inus. As for volunteer work, she likes to volunteer with charities such as Second Harvest and Blessings Under the Bridge; no one should ever go to bed hungry!
