Josh joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2025 as a client manager in business insurance. With over 11 years of industry experience, he has consistently demonstrated his expertise by leading innovative projects and driving process improvements in every organization he has been a part of. Josh thrives on providing exceptional customer service and delivering thorough product knowledge to his clients. He was born and raised in Mansfield, Ohio, before moving to Spokane Valley with his wife, Diana, in 2008. He has two wonderful, energetic children that are heavily involved in sports and school activities year-round.

When Josh is not working, he enjoys traveling and camping on the Pend Oreille River near Ione, Washington. In his free time, he loves to coach youth basketball and football, go fishing, visit the amazing restaurants and wineries in the area and ride ATVs. Josh is a member of the Spokane Advisory Committee for The Wishing Star Foundation, where you can find him volunteering at events throughout the year. He is also a 2023 graduate of the Leadership Spokane program and a proud member of The 1983 Society Ambassador program.
