Kathi has lived in the Spokane area her whole life and graduated from Spokane Community College with an AA in Liberal Arts. Kathi chose to transition into commercial lines after spending seven years in the employee benefits area of the insurance industry. Her favorite part about working at PWI is that things are always changing, and that keeps the job interesting.
