Randy joined Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2026 as an employee health and benefits sales executive. His experience as a pharmaceutical territory manager adds an expert medical perspective to his role. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration in Business Management. Much of his career has been dedicated to corporate sales with an emphasis on business-to-business deals. He has worked as a Business Account Executive for a national cellular company, utilizing his sales roles with Maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO) industrial products to serve the Northwest. Over the course of his career, Randy has established himself with strong relationship-building skills and commitment to clients. He is dedicated to learning quickly and setting achievable short-term goals to position himself for long term success.

In his spare time, you can often find Randy spending time at the ballpark with his two sons, hanging out with family and friends and enjoying the PNW.
