Rhonda is our Employee Benefits Service Director located in our Spokane office, who works with our Washington, Idaho and Oregon regions managing over 20 colleagues. She previously had 10 years on the carrier side working on a claims team. Rhonda is a strong advocate for our clients and understands insurance as a whole.

Rhonda has an extensive background working in the client service role; prior to moving into her role as Service Director in 2017, Rhonda served our clients as an Account Manager for five years, and brings her dedication to serving others into her volunteer career with SCFPD1 as a Lieutenant since 2009. She currently holds her advanced EMT, wildland FF1 and hazmat awareness and operations, ropes rescue among numerous other certifications.

Rhonda shares her passion and dedication to her community through her volunteering with her husband, Greg, who is a career firefighter. They have resided in Nine Mile Falls, Washington, for over 25 years where they raised their three boys.
